That can't be a real move,it takes away a lot of energy to attempt that. A sweep is better.

But really, it sounds like a tomoe nage henka. As for rolling over on top of them, tilt your head to one side so you're rolling over your shoulder, push off with your feet and kick the opposite leg over your head. Make sure you exhale while doing this. It's hard to describe over the internet so I suggest you ask your teacher what you're doing wrong and how you can correct it.

roll over your own 'shoulder', not your own head, so its a little diagonal not straight up ;)

edit: buj nin.....yes its much like tomoe nage except you follow right on top of your opponent, not sure if you do with your version, and it starts from balancing your opponent with 'both' your feet in the air on your back.

Yes and i think in some cases its also called a "monkey flip" and the thing about some of those moves like that, they have to be done at full force to be done correctly that way the centrifugal force actually pulls you back up as he goes over. not ot mention you need to keep the center of gravity low and tuck to his body closely that way the two of you make one big ball and you should roll right over on top. when doing full force you will need to practice on the matt to keep from injuring your opponent
